Athmakam (Urdu: آٹھمقام ) is a town about 84 kilometres fromMuzaffarabad, in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. It is the headquarters of Neelum District. Its population is about 20,000.
The town is accessible by Neelum road from Muzaffarabad. All the basic necessities of life are available there. Market, post office, banks, hospitals, and telephone exchanges are also present.
